Super Juice, Super you
I discovered this juice by trial and error but also by frustration.
It seems like every healthy, lean and clean Juice you want to try out has about 500 ingredient’s in it that are not only very hard to find but too much hassle for those on the go. Which then results in only doing it once or twice and never again as its too much hard work. Especially for people who are tight on time, mothers, fathers, professionals, students etc. Therefore, I hope this simple short recipe reaches you and makes juicing a lot easier for you!
Whats in it?
Kale √ (For all those Kale/Leafy Veg haters, do not worry, you can’t actually taste the Kale at all because the Pineapple, Mango and Lime overpower it)
That’s just 5 ingredients! More importantly 4 Superfood’s and water. Full of goodness!
What will it do for me?
It will cleanse you, detox you, increase your metabolism, increase your energy, fill you up, hydrate you and increase your overall well-being as you will see when you try it and from the benefits of each Superfood listed below. It is also great for a hangover as it gives your body what it is craving after a night on the town.
How do I make it?
2 Cups of Kale Leaves (If you can only find Curly Kale, just blend it for longer)
1 cup of Pineapple Chunks (Fresh)
1 cup of Mango Chunks (Fresh)
1/2 a squeezed lime (Add an extra squeeze or two if you want to give it an extra kick)
1 cup of Water (This just really dilutes it a bit more so you will have more portions from one go)
Blend, blend, blend and your done, how easy was that?
